    Hit a solid power clean @ 245#, then Pr’ed on squat clean @ 275#!!!

    Okay medical folks, I have never been able to figure out why, after intense workouts I’ll have random red streaks show up on my hands and arms. The locations vary, and it’s not all the time. And no today’s are not from double unders even though they look like welts. They never hurt, just haven’t found any ideas as to cause.

    Pics not great, they are darker than they look and span my wrist today…they usually go away in a few hours.

    today in the box was like a bad day on the golf course which is better than a good day in the office. poor coordination equal poor results. see you in the morning.

    Did My first ever RunFit, yesterdays RunFit, 1000m row, 800m run, 50 back ext and 50 situps, two rounds. 21:29. Back was on fire.

    Did this wod in 4:14 with 275lb. My goal was 4:30 or better, felt good!
