Get inverted!! Handstands are really fun, once you get comfortable kicking up and getting inverted. Check out this tutorial from Carl Paoli (Gymnastics WOD) on how to kick up into a handstand:

(I tried to find a good tutorial on handstand push-ups, but there wasn’t one….so, if you are working on handstand push-ups and are stuck on technique, ask your coach for some pointers :).)
