WOD:
5 rounds for time of:

10 Deadlifts (225 lb./165 lb.)
20 Sit ups
2 Muscle ups
1 Rope climb

Post time to comments. (Subs will be given for muscle ups and rope climbs.)

SATURDAY SCHEDULE:
9am – Regular class time
10am – Open WOD 12.3 (come to watch and cheer on your CF7 team!!!)
