    This looks fun, wish I could do it today, but I can still barely walk from 12.4. My quads feel about as bad as they’ve ever felt. On the plus side I got a PR on Karen and I’m pretty happy about that. See you kids tomorrow!

    made it to 1 PC of round 15. Got my chest to the bar for the early reps then settled for chin over the bar. Sub HSPU with 85# press. good workout after 10 days off.
