We will have 9 am Saturday class, followed by Games WOD at 10. After the Games WOD, stick around for PALEO POTLUCK!!
Bring a dish to share (something healthy, and if you can Paleo it up, go for it!).
If you have questions about nutrition and Paleo, bring your questions to chat with CF7 members and coaches who are familiar with Paleo and can offer advice and suggestions.
(And if you are unsure of what to bring, no worries! Come anyway and eat at the CF7 Paleo Buffet – best food in town!!)
