    Great class this morning!!! Did the work out after the class was over. Got 5 rounds plus 26. I did one more round than I thought I would. Still waiting for the grass hoppers, wall climbs, and DU wod. Good luck to everybody this weekend!!

    8 sounds real good. Any tips? What was the hardest part? I think those box jumps will get old fast…

    Did step downs for every single box jump. Rebounding wears me out so I think that helped.

    Also let the end of a ppalso be the start of the next one rather than resetting every time
