    6:22 RX. Huge Roost class this morning. Make sure you jump 6 inches on the burpees or RSquared will taser you.

    175# for 5 rounds then 165# for last 3 rounds

    8:21 Rx on the WOD; my 44 year old body is feeling after the last 2 days.

    8:54 on the WOD and I got a new PR on the cleans 195 just 5 pounds away I think after I break 200 I’ll have a boost and shot for 250
