Did tues WOD. RX 8:25. Little slow coming back from not feeling well. Good WOD
Just an observation of oly lifts take with a grain of salt. Yesterday I hit a pr that I’ve been trying to reach for a while what was different about this time. As I was doing the pc I progressed in weight till I got to 185 and I failed I was not happy about that sence that’s was the weight I’ve been stuck at I then remembered the feeling of the last lift that felt perfect at 175 just felt inline and easy so I put 195 on and got into position remembered the feeling and it flew up just as the 175 did. So what to take from this we can’t lift without proper structure or mind set but then we have to forget all of that and just lift well that’s where just a feel for what your doing comes into play remembering a feeling becomes an ingrame that you can call on without focusing on every little detail of the lift . Kinda of like reaching for a glass of water you don’t think about it you just do it.
