    Where did my muscles go?!!
    10 rounds of c & j: 6 @ 85, 4 @ 95.

    “5” rounds of 3 fs (but I think me and Lokey did like 8+??)

    Last round was 155# I was happy with that! (missed the first time but went at it again!)

    SO GOOD TO BE BACK!!!!!

    Clean and Jerk 85lbs then 2 at 105 lbs
    Front squat 105, last 2 set of 3 at 125lb

    CJ started at 115 finished at 155 really need to work on my form

    First time doing front squats started at 95 finish at 160 I like the strength days!!!!
