***Overhead squats make me giddy and squeal like a 12 year old girl at a Justin Bieber concert. I LOVE LOVE LOVE OHS. And here’s the secret to a good OHS – externally rotate your shoulders, aka “show me your armpits”. It’s what all the cool kids do.
