Strength:
Work to a heavy snatch (see note below)

WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

1 Rope climb or 5 pull ups
15 Push ups

Post snatch loads and WOD time to comments.

NOTE: When you snatch and clean and jerk, the weight will try to pull you forward. Your job is to STAY BACK and counterbalance the weight. Stay back, engage those hamstrings and keep the bar close!!!

    Snatch: 175# (I can’t seem to get past this number because I always catch wayyy too far forward, got plenty of lift to do way more, just can’t stick it)

    WOD: 8rds + 7 Pushups rx’ed (used the tall rope outside)

    I’m so slow at pushups they killed me by about round 3!
