5 Clean and jerk (135 lb./95 lb.)
10 Toes to bar

Oh yeah, and he does 200 pushups, 200 situps, and 150 one-leg squats every night before bed.

    Awwww, mornings at the box – so awesome !! Nothin’ like it.

    Hey, just curious, did anyone in the 9:00 this morning pick up a pair of Ray Bans by mistake maybe thinking they were yours? They’re the old standard model. If not, no worries – I probably laid them in a different place coming in.
