10 Pistols (alternating legs), holding a kettlebell (35 lb./26 lb.)

(**If you look at some of these movements and think, “I can’t do that”, come today anyway!! You will learn progressions to begin developing the movements, and subs will be given where appropriate.)

NEW CLASSES are coming to CF7! Makenzie Fitzgerald (Dabney’s sister) is a certified yoga instructor and will bring yoga classes to CF7! In addition to Dabney’s TRX classes, Makenzie’s classes will begin Thursday, June 7.

Location: All classes will be held at Crossfit Seven (2531 Weisenberger, Fort Worth, TX, 76107). Thursdays at 5:30pm will be held in the room in front of Crossfit Seven’s gym space. Please look for door to the right of main entrance to Crossfit Seven to be open 15 minutes before class begins.

Non-Crossfit Seven Members:

Drop-in $15 per class

TRX $80 per month

Power Mobility Yoga and CrossFlow $80 per month

TRX Members Attending Power Mobility Yoga or CrossFlow: $10 per class

Power Mobility Yoga and CrossFlow Members Attending TRX: $10 per class

Crossfit Seven Members:

Drop in $10 per class

TRX $50 per month

Power Mobility Yoga and CrossFlow $50 per month

CrossFlow will incorporate a shorter version of the daily Crossfit Seven LeanFit workout and flow into Power Mobility Yoga. Class time will be approximately 45 minutes.

Power Mobility Yoga is designed to help tone, lengthen, and align the body. We will create a flow of power yoga for an intense and upbeat 45 min class.
