Warm up:
3 rounds of:
5 Hang clean and press (bar only)
5 Squats
5 Pull-ups
5 Push ups
Run to the end of the drive way

Gymnastic/skill:
Every minute on the minute for five minutes, perform:
5 Handstand Push ups
7 Kettlebell swings

WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

2 Power snatches (135 lb./95 lb.)
5 Burpees
15 Double unders

    Not the best showing. My legs were shot on the snatches after yesterday’s leg destroyer!

    8 rounds + 1 Power Snatch RX’d.
    Took 3 or 4 rounds to get a DU rhythm going, then by about round 5 I finally got them unbroken and it sped things up quite a bit.

    That’s what I should’ve done…a 2k row afterwards, no wonder Mackey kicks boo-tay!!!

    12 rounds + 2 DU’s…55 lbs 🙁 should’ve gone heavier on snatches.
