    GNC is having a sale on some protein powders if anyone is interested. I got a big jug of muscle milk powder for $29, and they have a bazillion flavors. They had other powders available too that were on sale. Craziest thing is, when I went into the store, they have a big sticker on the front door for the CrossFit Games – gotta love that! 🙂

    8:04 rx’ed, only had 4 MU left at 6 minutes and totally ripped my left wrist to shreds. Struggled to get those last four with slippery tape for 2 min
