    Gawd I’m turrible at push-ups.
    The strategy… do you push-up and as soon as you feel fatigue pop up and run… or do you plank and try and crank out 3 or 4 more, but go slower and burn up your shoulders.

    I’ll be doing the wod this evening! Already trying to figure out the fastest way to get’r done bc I plan to do minimal running! Let’s see how that goes. . .

    Well, I’m barely able to type this but…
    15:30 for me: 40/18/22/20/20/20/10
    My sister did this one with me and clocked in at 17:15. She’s going to join in the next couple of weeks, I’m super excited!!!

    127 Tabata situps

    WOD 11:39. Did some planking to get a couple of more reps

    40, 25, 20, 15 then lost count for the finals.

    Kelly, it’s not fair to the other gyms when we send one of our best specimens from CF7 to blow their doors off in Hawaii. Congrats and get some reps at the beach with a 12 oz curl.
