5 Hang clean and press (bar only)
5 Front squats with bar
5 Pull ups
5 Burpees
5 Box jumps

Strength:
10 sets of 2 back squats with 60-90 seconds rest between sets

WOD:
2 rounds for time of: rest 3min between rounds

300m Row sprint
25 Push ups
10 Hang clean (205 lb./135 lb.)
