Warm up:
2 rounds of:
10 Squats
10 Push ups
5 Pull ups
5 Hang clean press

Strength:
3 power snatches every minute on the minute for 7 minutes (135 lb./95 lb.)

WOD:
You have 12 minutes to establish max weighted pull up

followed by 100 sit ups and 20 GHD sit ups (not timed)
