Strength:
Work to a heavy push press
WOD:
Pull-up/Push-up ladder:
1 Pull-up and 1 push up the first minute. 2 Pull-ups and 2 Push ups the second minute. Continue until you cannot complete the set within the prescribed minute.
Compare to January 27. Post push press loads and completed WOD rounds to comments.

It is SUPER humid today – if you are going to WOD this afternoon, be sure to arrive WELL HYDRATED. You’re going to need it to beat the humidity 🙂
