3 rounds of:
3 reps of Bear complex (bar only)
3 Pull ups
2 Clean and Jerks every minute on the minute for 7 minutes
3 rounds for time of:
5 Weighted box jumps (20 lb./10 lb.)
25 Push ups
rest 90 seconds after each round
Post clean and jerk loads, as well as WOD time, to comments.
