This chipper was an individual event from the 2012 CrossFit Games. The athletes used slightly different weights on some of the movements, but the rep scheme is the same. The top times: Julie Foucher, 7:42; Rich Froning, 7:04.

    This was a great wod. I was excited about it when I saw it at the games. It is such a great combination of movements and it is really taxing on the way back down the pyramid.

    Tough! 135# all the way through until the last set of overhead squats, I couldn’t even keep it overhead for 1 rep. Dropped down to 95# to finish out the squats.

    10:03…however, I only did 65# because my OHS suck! Did box jumps on 24″ box and sub burpee CTB instead of burpee muscle up.
