The individuals at the CrossFit Games completed Isabel on the last day of competition. Watch these videos and listen for tips on strategy and watch for technique – the fastest times aren’t the ones who muscle weight around. The fastest times are those with the best, most efficient technique.

    #95 5:03 this was alot hard than I thought. I walked out hating and my legs were shaking. That’s how I know it was a good WOD. The motivation really helped push me through!
