    Modified version of Mike’s Gym: 21-18-15-12-9-6-3: KBS, pushups and GHD. 4th WOD this week, and when I got done, every part of me wanted to lay down and take a nap. Laying down after WOD is the LAST thing you want to do, so I walked around and tried to recover. My body kept screaming at me to lay down and take a nap, so eventually I gave in. And I fell asleep, on the gym floor, completely racked out. Woke up more than 30 minutes later, felt like a new person! 🙂
