    Crossfit Verve- Denver. Home to Matt Chan- the #2 best exerciser in the world. Got there at 9am, WOD was Mommies Crossfit. R4 doesn’t do Mommies Crossfit- yet at least. They were a bunch of pansies anyways- they had the AC on and it was maybe 75 degrees.

    Mike’s Gym today:

    12 rds – pretty slow going!

    10:18 @ 115lbs. Got to get stronger, tried 125lbs for 2 seats and it crushed me

    Maybe one of these days. I can try this Rx but this was my first attempt.
