100m Run
5 bar Thrusters
10 Push ups
200m Row

Power snatches 2-2-2-2-2-2-2
Rest 60 seconds between sets

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

12 Pull ups
7 Burpees
after each round add 7 more burpees

( First round: 12 pull-ups, 7 burpees; 2 round: 12 pull-ups, 14 burpees; 3rd round: 12 pull-ups, 21 burpees, etc.)

How long have you been a CrossFitter?
I have been a CrossFitter for seven months

What is your previous sports/fitness background?
I played all types of sports growing up but chose only Football in High-school

What is your favorite CrossFit WOD?
Nate for sure. Nice, long, challenging AMRAP

Least Favorite?
Anything with over 800 meters of running, but running is a necessary evil I guess

Your Fran time?
11:05 excluding time dry-heaving

What athlete (CrossFit or otherwise) do you admire most and why?
Rich Froning. The guy is incredibly strong physically, mentally, and spiritually.

What do you hope to accomplish by doing CrossFit?
I hope to become as humanly fit (mentally and physically) as I can possible get. While also making long lasting friendships.

Do you train for a specific purpose (ie, another sport)?
Fitness is my sport

What are your CrossFit goals?
I want to see how far I can push my body. How far can hard work and determination take you me…so far I don’t see a finish line.

Do you paleo or zone?
60% Paleo and 40% McDonalds. Just kidding! I am Italian so I have to have my pasta so it more like 90% paleo.

Would you rather do 100 burpees, 100 pullups or 100 squats?
Challenge accepted!

What do you do when you are not at CrossFit?
Get on the Crossfit Seven website and the main site page and look at crossfit stuff. Go to law school in my spare time.

Lifting shoes or Vibram five fingers?
Lifting shoes the Vibrams kind of freak me out.

What is on your favorite CrossFit t-shirt?
I pood for time and I don’t just listen to rap I AMRAP

What do you do for warmup?
Whatever is on the board and some GHDs to loosen up my lower back.

What do you do for recovery? How often do you take rest days?
I take a bunch of vitamin supplements, eat a lot of tuna, and drink some unicorn blood to help me recover. I take three rest days.

What is the best piece of advice you’d give a new CrossFitter?
Listen to your coaches they are your road map to success and drink lots of water to keep your system flushed.

What CrossFit certs have you been to or hope to go to?
I want to go to the level one cert eventually.

If you could have dinner with three CrossFit all-stars, who would it be?
Annie Thorsdottir, Rich Froning, and Bob Harper I would take them to Babes Chicken.

What do you like best about CrossFit Seven?
I like the members and coaches. All the members push each other and the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable. The coaches know how to teach you the proper way to do things. And everyone is a good source of motivation too!

Any other information you would like the world to know???
I have the most precious little girl and loving wife a man could ask for. They support me no matter what.

    75 Lbs on Snatch but form was awful so went down to 70 and wked on that.
    WOD 6 rds plus 5 burpees
