3 Handstand push-ups
225 pound Power clean, 1 rep

    23:13. (scaled with 205lbs) Partnered with CWG. He made it look easy.

    29:17 with partner at 155#, then Angie tried to talk me into doing the other 10 rounds. We both did 5 more and that was all I could do. Couldn’t get any more HSPUs. 30 rounds of anything is a lot.
