    Dadgum pushups ruined me, I was at like 14 minutes when I started the pushups, finished at 20:48 rx’ed.

    Good to know I beat ryan shupe though, Ryan the clock is still ticking!

    Curtis, if I am only 3 seconds behind you that is definitely a win in my book! I still remember the days when it was minutes, not seconds…. You must be getting old.

    17:04 Rx. Pull-ups are what hurt me the most…well the 30 clean and jerks @ 95lbs probably hurt a little too! I loved this one though. Its always a good workout when you feel nauseous afterwards.
