    14 rounds and change. I looked up after my 15th round and the clock said 18:44. Of course I ripped my hands in 4 places on that round. Be careful with the hands!

    Just started round 9 with my dead lift Rx weight but chest to bars were definitely with a band!! Brent, way to be smoking fast this morning!!!! I think you lapped me on every round 🙂

    11 rounds RX have to say my HSPU were questionable.

    Also about the 70’s Day…… I believe more than half of you weren’t even born in the 70’s thinking early 80’s!!!!
