    Still stuck at 175# on snatch, but Ryan gave me some really good pointers on what I need to be working on. My OHS is wayyy over that so there’s no reason I shouldn’t be snatching a good deal more weight. In time.

    DQ’d on Snatch- no rep
    7:43 RX on WOD. First full boat WOD in 2 months due to pectoral issues. Felt as smooth as an Ox’s butt.
