TREASURE THE CHEST

Join CrossFit Heath in raising breast cancer awareness with a “pinktacular” fun WOD and fundraiser. 100% of all donations will go to The Health Center at Helping Hands of Rockwall to help less fortunate women receive mammograms. A $25 minimum donation is required to participate and gets you a free t-shirt. If you would like to donate and not participate, contributions of any amount are greatly appreciated. What better way for CrossFitters to help a cause so important to many than to join boxes from surrounding communities in a partner WOD?!

    17:13 great WOD , ripped on the right hand….. last time I did this I ripped. Need to switch my grip I guess. I’ll try that next time Kyle! Good job everyone this am.

    WOD: 11:16. Broke up into 10 sets of 10 to mentally ease the pain. I also changed my grip every 10 reps which saved my hands.

    So glad I got to do my first GI Jane. Not as bad as I thought it would be. But now my arms are toast. 19:05.
    Hope I can still lift tomorrow.
