10 Walking toe touches

WOD:

You have 25 minutes to reach 7,000 lb./5,000 lb. (in the least amount of reps), and you must alternate between Clean and Back squat.

    Definitely required a calculator and some adjustment during the WOD. This was really fun though!

    10 rds at 255 BS and 205 PC
    5 rds at 275 BS and 205 PC

    30 reps total

    In retrospect I probably could have gone more, but them again jumping 40 pounds only shaves off 2 reps…
