    Wow, that is intense!! Interesting arguments on both sides…I’ll stick with Crossfit though!!! 🙂

    While the definition of what exactly “Crossfit” is grows more nebulous by the day, this article strikes me as so much whiny BS put out by some envy based naysayer.

    Consider the authors statement: “CrossFit says she’s out of shape because she runs too fast.” Really? Who is “Crossfit” and when exactly did he/she/it decree that?

    There are sure some valid criticisms of things done under the somewhat amorphous banner of “Crossfit” (speed dead-lifts and snatches come to mind) but over all, it is manifestly a good and positive thing.

    Hurting today. I’ll couple it with the complete exhaustion that sent me home early from work Monday and drinking coffee prior to WOD and not drinking water.

    Took me 31:56 rx’ed, though my second round tool probably 20 minutes. Hopefully tomorrow will be better, but I def was not hydrated enough for this beat down!

    33:33 Rx for the CF WOD at 6a (split was a tad over 16 min so fairly well paced).
    Came back after work to do the LeanFit WOD 18:40.
    What do you think those 300 situps did to my abs? Just a tad sore by Thur evening.
    These were good!! Love “chippers”.
