    Celebrating my 6 yr CrossFit anniversary this weekend with MURPH! The first cycle of WODs I ever did was Fight Gone Bad, Filthy 50 and MURPH, in that order. They all have a special place in my heart 🙂 Those of you who made it through Filthy 50 today, congratulations!!! It’s a doosey for sure!!!

    Did 10 x 3 BS @ 125 then did filthy fifties
    Got a new PR!!! More than 4 min off my time in August!
    29:12.
    Then did 2min ME hollow rocks got 95 total!
    I’m officially tired!
