Kettlebell swing (53lb./35 lb.)
Complete 40 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are push-ups, the second 8 are sit-ups, the third 8 intervals are box jumps, the forth 8 intervals are planks (hold the plank for 20 seconds – complete all 8 planks and you get 8 reps) and finally, the last 8 intervals are kettlebell swings. There is no rest between exercises.
The score is the total number of reps for all of the eight intervals.
