    Mine wasn’t quite as fast! Only 13:48,
    better than last time! Felt good to do HSPU’s
    Since hammy injury. No band on dips!

    My arms are officially numb. Absolutely hate HSPUs.

    Didn’t have rings, so had to do bar dips. Also used a 1″ pad for HSPUs. Still had to kip over half of them…
