    It coincidental this you post this I am doing the same thing right now. However can’t do a full jar a day it’s almost 1/4 a day though

    Part of our class, myself included was confused and did the workout without resting between rounds. The interesting thin about this one is that the times for the non-resters vs resters are pretty close. A meat experiment in the way rest affects your workouts.
