Work to a heavy Turkish get up
Pull up/push up ladder – minute one, do one pull-up and one push-up. Minute two, do two pull-ups and two push-ups. Minute three, do three pull-ups and three push-ups….continue until the prescribed pull-ups and push-ups cannot be completed in that minute.
