    I’m SO EXCITED about all of the WODs this week!! All of the things I need to work on are scheduled into WODs this week – it’s going to be a fun week!! 🙂

    I found an Airdyne!
    It’s my grandma’s. She uses it to hold up her thigh master and Richard Simmons Sweating to the oldies VHS tapes.
    I’ll plant a seed.
