Found this gem today! Some of you may wonder where are all of the strong girls who lift weights? Meet Lydia Valentin (-75kg class= <165 lb.) from Spain...in this video, she's snatching 122kg (268 lb.). Check out the path of the bar and how high it gets - not very high right??     27:53 rx’ed. This sucker was long!

    Today’s day 2 of my whole 30 challenge, I forgot what sugar withdrawals were like, ouch!

    Amie- I liked the post yesterday.
    WOD- 23:53 @ 115#. I enjoyed this one, should probably give 135# a whirl next time.

    Snow, sleet, hail, rain… Crossfit. Fun rooster class this morning. I liked this WOD. 85# first 3rds, then up to 95# last 4. Can’t remember my time, I think 26 something.

    34:17 I think – Waited too long to start and cooled off a bit. Had to start with 85# rd 1, then 95# rest of rounds.
