Warm up:
2 rounds of:
200m Row
5 Burpees
10 Squats
5 Pull-ups
10 Push ups

WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

9 Deadlifts (155 lb./105 lb.)
12 Hand-release Push ups
15 Box jumps
