If you are planning on competing in the Open this year, we will have a meeting to discuss all things Open on Saturday (March 2) following WOD. Make plans to attend!
2 rounds of:
10 Push ups
2 Deadlifts, followed by 1 Push Press (rest 1 minute); repeat 10 times
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
2 Power cleans (185 lb./115 lb.)
4 Handstand Push-ups
6 Box jumps (30″/24″)
