Warm up:
2 rounds of:
200m Row
5 Burpees
10 Squats
5 Pull-ups
10 Push ups

Strength:
2 Deadlifts, followed by 1 Push Press (rest 1 minute); repeat 10 times

WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

2 Power cleans (185 lb./115 lb.)
4 Handstand Push-ups
6 Box jumps (30″/24″)
8 Wallballs

Post strength loads and completed rounds to comments.
