5 Bear complex (bar only)

Strength:
5 Snatches @60% EMOM for 5 minutes
3 Snatches @70% EMOM for 5 minutes
Rest 1 minute
1 Snatch @80% EMOM for 5 minutes

    55/65/75 on snatches
    8:03 on WOD with 26# Kb + nice size bruise on my wrist!

    Same as hazel on snatches-I need a week to re-max on everything. Did lean fit after. Great morning!
