    I was told prior to today that everything I did today had to be a PR, so I did that. 🙂

    48 DU (need to work on these)

    Skipped yesterday, so I did both yesterday’s and today’s.

    Yesterday’s:
    Grace: 5:43 Rx (what in the heck took so long?)
    WOD: 12:07 Rx

    Today’s:
    Box jumps: wasn’t sure if had to be flat footed or if you could take half a step. Flat footed: 44″. Half step: 47 1/4″
    Bench: 230#
    Muscle ups: 10
    Double unders: 183
    No rower, so couldn’t row
