Strength:
Front Squats: 1×8 @ 70%, 2×5 @ 80%, 2×3 @ 85%, 3×2 @ 90%

WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Overhead Squats (115 lb./75 lb.)
10 Chest to bar Pull-ups
15 Hand release Push ups
