WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

5 Deadlifts (185 lb./125 lb.)
5 Box Jumps
5 Burpees

    Did snatch/c&j technique work, followed by “Jeremy” (21-15-9 OHS/Burpees) – 5:38 (RX, PR by almost a minute)

    12 pull ups…I did 5 unbroken, clearly a bad strategy looking at my total number!

    LOVED THE WOD! 11 rounds plus 1 bj. Bring it 13.2!!
