Warm up:
2 rounds of:
200m Row
5 Burpees
10 Squats
5 Pull-ups
10 Push ups

Strength:
1 Clean & Jerk @ 75% 1RM every 30 sec for 5 minutes
Rest 3 minutes, then do 1 C&J @ 90% 1RM EMOM for 5 minutes

WOD:
16 minutes total:
Even minutes, perform: 10 Kettlebell swings (70 lb./53 lb.) and 5 Burpees
Odd minutes: 200m Run
