    This is really late notice, but I just found out some of my alumni buddies in Dallas are assembling a caravan tomorrow morning to help out the folks up in Moore, OK. I’m going to meet the caravan in Denton around 9.

    As many good folks we have in the gym with muscle, I thought it might be a nice opportunity for folks to help out if they wanted to and aren’t planning to join the competition tomorrow. I’m just going to put my number up on the whiteboard or something, and if anyone is interested, I’ll have them meet me at the gym at maybe 8:15.
