    This is about a new study on mice showing lower inflammation on a high saturated fat diet, but maybe increased risk for heart disease. Also has great picture of Andy Platt posing by CF7 mens room.

    I love climbing me some rope!!
    7 rds even. Had 7 seconds to get one more rope climb and couldnt do it.
