    Hey! So sorry — this post got lost below Monday’s post in the order – now it’s in the right spot! Have all of the others scheduled for earlier release the rest of the week 🙂

    Couple of things — first, Roosters are ordering shirts for Rooster class – if you want one,details here — get size and $$ to Brian by Friday

    Second, have had a lot of questions about jump ropes. You can order them from Rogue (SR-1 is awesome) or from RX Ropes – be sure to check the sizing guidelines for RX ropes before buying

    METCON: 11:53 RX all 7 rounds of DU were unbroken 🙂
