This weekend is the final weekend of CrossFit Regionals, and it’s THE big weekend, with the men of the Central East region set to compete. All of the big names, Rich Froning, Dan Bailey, Scott Panchik, Graham Holmberg, will be competing for a ticket to California and the Games. It’s anyone’s game.
